PUBLIC OFFER
USER AGREEMENT · SerpentAI
1. General provisions
1.1. This offer (the “Agreement”) governs relations between SerpentAI (the “Provider”) and the user (the “Customer”) concerning digital services supplied through the SerpentAI online service (the “Service”).
1.2. Using the Service, registering, placing an order, paying, or receiving access constitutes the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. A Customer who disagrees with the Agreement must stop using the Service.
2. Subject matter
2.1. The Provider undertakes to give the Customer access to the Service’s digital services, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for them under this offer.
2.2. Access is provided through the Service’s software, technical, and information facilities, including the SerpentAI Telegram bot.
2.3. The specific scope, price, term, and conditions are shown in the Service before payment.
3. Provision of services
3.1. After successful payment, access to the purchased service is provided as specified by the Service.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for having the required device, Telegram, and internet access.
3.3. The access period is determined by the selected plan or order.
4. Payment and refunds
4.1. Prices are determined by the plans published in the Service when the order is placed.
4.2. Current prices and service scope are published on the Plans and pricing page.
Prices are shown in rubles and US dollars. Dollar prices are fixed and used for cryptocurrency payments; the ruble exchange rate does not change them. The Service offers ruble payments with a Russian bank card or through SBP, and cryptocurrency payments. Available methods are shown before payment. The amount and currency of an existing invoice remain unchanged if prices, exchange rates or the payment mode change.
4.3. Payment is made with the instruments available in the Service. The amount shown before payment is final; there are no automatic charges.
4.4. Ruble payments are handled by Platega; cryptocurrency payments by CryptoBot and xRocket. The Provider is not a payment agent and does not process bank card details.
4.5. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and the conditions of the relevant service.
4.6. If a technical problem occurs, the Customer may contact support to verify the circumstances and resolve restoration of access or a refund where applicable.
4.7. A customer may invite a new user through a personal link in the Service. When that user pays for a plan for the first time, the inviting customer receives bonus credit equal to 25% of the ruble value of the paid portion of the plan, capped at 25% of the 30-day price of that same plan, once for each invited user.
4.8. Bonuses are Service units, not money: one bonus gives a ₽1 discount on a plan. They cannot be paid out, exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
4.9. Bonuses may cover part of a plan: the selected number of bonuses is deducted from the plan’s ruble price, leaving at least ₽100 in the ruble calculation. For cryptocurrency payments, the dollar amount is reduced in the same proportion and rounded up to the nearest cent. The final invoice amount and currency are shown before payment. If bonuses cover the full plan price, the plan may be activated without an external payment.
4.10. If the invited user's payment is refunded or disputed, or in cases of abuse such as self-referrals, fictitious accounts or fraud, the Provider may reverse the bonus, including amounts already spent. A negative balance is offset by future bonus grants.
4.11. The Provider may change or end the bonus programme by publishing a new version of this Agreement. Previously granted bonuses remain unless the new version states otherwise.
Credits and packs
Images, videos and credit packs are available from Basic. Plan credits every 30 days: Basic — 100, Pro — 800, Ultra — 2 000, Max — 4 800. Updated allowances apply at the next scheduled grant; existing balances are not topped up.
A credit is a Service unit for image and video generations, not money. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred. The credit price is shown before starting; exactly that amount is charged. If generation fails because of the model, the credits return automatically.
Plan credits are granted every 30 days and do not accumulate: unused credits expire at the next grant and when the plan ends. Purchased packs last 180 days from purchase, even after the plan ends. Credits with the earliest expiry are spent first: plan credits, then purchased credits.
Plan and pack prices are shown in rubles and US dollars; cryptocurrency payments use the fixed dollar price under section 4. Prices for future purchases may change; paid orders are not recalculated. Available models and their credit prices may change; the price shown on the start button applies to that generation.
Music made in Studio-S must not imitate known songs or performers and is for personal use.
Refunds are handled under section 4. Friend bonuses do not accrue on packs, and packs cannot be paid with bonuses.
