6.2. Only information required for payment is sent to the provider: user and order identifiers, selected plan, amount, currency, operation status, and technical transaction identifiers.

6.3. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted by CryptoBot and xRocket with the same scope of information.

6.4. SerpentAI does not request or store full bank card details, payment codes, or banking-app passwords.

7. Data retention and protection

7.1. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of processing or for the period required by law.

7.2. The Service takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from loss, alteration, disclosure, and unauthorised access.

7.3. Once the purposes are achieved, data may be deleted or anonymised unless further retention is legally required.
